  • Pass a background check by the Kansas State Police; as a result of which the potential candidate must:
  • Have no prior criminal record;
  • Possess a clear and valid driver’s license record from the Kansas Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Possess a valid social security number

From this pool we recommend only those who successfully complete our careful screening process. Our applicant pool includes experienced nannies who have successfully completed assignments and have returned to us because they are pleased with our ability to place them in good jobs.
Each In-Home Childcare Nanny MUST

  • Participate in an extensive personal interview and complete our comprehensive written application.
  • Have each individual reference checked and all previous childcare employment verified
  • Pass a background check by the Kansas State Police; as a result of which the potential candidate must:
  • Have no prior criminal record;
  • Possess a clear and valid driver’s license record from the Kansas Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Possess a valid social security number
