Terms and Conditions
Payment
- All monthly membership packages must be paid for up front by personal check or debt or credit card. We accept visa, master card, discover, and American express
- All à la carte hours must be prepaid before use.
- All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theatre tickets will be due upon completion of service or deducted from you member account.
- A major credit card will be held as a security upon request of services.
Hours of Operation
- Business office hours are 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m., Monday – Friday.
- Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours.
Conditions
- If clients utilize additional hours over their monthly à la carte package, they can either choose to purchase more à la carte hours or another package.
- All unused package hours can roll over to the next month as along as another monthly package is purchased; for example if a client has 2 hours left on their first month package, they can roll those over to the next month, purchase another package of 5 hours and have 7 hours of service available to them.
- We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.
- We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
- Green Zebra works primarily in the Greater Wichita area – services rendered outside of that area may incur additional charges.
- If services are requested outside of standard Green Zebra business hours, additional charges may apply.
- Green Zebra holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
- Credit cards held as a security will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.
- Green Zebra reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
| Pets Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of Kansas Rabies Vaccination. |
| Cancellations If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Green Zebra, LLC. requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25 fee. |
| Access to Client’s Property If Green Zebra LLC. cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service. |
| Special Scheduling Services required outside of regular business hours, may be arranged and will be assessed a $25.00 convenience fee per day, in addition to regular fees. |
| Privacy Policy All personal and credit card information collected by Green Zebra, LLC. will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time, will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Green Zebra, LLC. |
| Fee Information 1 hour minimum – billing will then be in 15 minute increments As many services as possible will be completed in the hour Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed Rates for after hours, holidays, and weekend services will exceed normal hourly rate Cancellations require 24 hours notice or a $25 fee applies We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered or drawn from your member account 24 hour notice is requested for all tasks; however, if possible, we will attempt to meet every request |
