A. Green Zebra consultants are available to assist you with your everyday tasks and errands, to plan a dinner party or your child’s birthday celebration. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks – just call on us and we’ll help you organize, streamline and balance your life.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

Q. Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?
A. No, we will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.
Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. Our price is $42.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum. We also offer monthly membership packages.
Q. Is your company bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are bonded and insured.
Q. Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
A. No, the client is responsible for paying these.
Q. How will I know what additional service charges are?
A. Green Zebra will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within 3-5 business days after completion of service.
Q. What if I Need Something Not Listed in Your Services?
A. As a full-service concierge, tell us what you need and consider it done! Green Zebra’s mission is to provide personal assistance and professional recommendations for all your needs, so long as they are legal, ethical, and well intentioned.
Q. How Much Notice Do You Need?
A. We prefer as much notice as possible, but we will take your booking with as little as 24 hours advance notice. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee will be assessed at the time of payment.
Q. What are the benefits of being a member?
A. As a Green Zebra member you will be able to receive our membership pricing of $36/hr., with no monthly restrictions. You will be able to purchase any amount of hours or place money in your secure account and we will draw from it appropriately. You will also be able to make requests with just one click and track your account information on your Member page.
Q. How do we charge for the service?
A. There is a minimum of a one hour charge for all services completed. Fees are then calculated by 15 minute intervals after the first hour; e.g. an errand that takes one hour and 15 minutes at $36 per hour will cost $45.
