Review:

I have somewhat of a sweet tooth. I wasn’t a big chocolate fan until I found the talented Beth Tully and her store Cocoa Dolce Artesian Chocolates. Those dang truffles call my name! If you haven’t experienced their new location it is worth a trip. It’s a comfy coffee house atmosphere with light jazz playing throughout that smells of sweet cocoa. Whether you’re a chocolate novice or junkie there is something for you.  With dozens of options from sweet and smooth to dark and bold, you will surely find something to tantalize your taste buds. My favorite is the Mayan with its bittersweet ganache that just melts in my mouth and takes me to places I have never been. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially when its time to make those tough decisions when standing in front of the glass case, but most of the time those are made with a little sample. Don’t forget these little wonders make great gifts and thank you’s.

Congratulations to Beth Tully and Cocoa Dolce  as they have been nominated as a – Southwest & South Central Regional Finalist  2010 DREAM BIG Small Business of the Year Award
