Surprisingly the details are what make my experience with In the Bag Dry Cleaners a great one.  A lot of people would tell you that I am a picky person, especially with my cloths, and because of that I have used a few different dry cleaners in the area. Most of them do a good job, but the team at In the Bag has surprised me. When you first walk into one of their 17 locations you are greeted with a smiling, friendly face and the smell of freshly brewed coffee, NOT the smell of chemicals and a blast of heat. Just standard procedure, drop off the bag; grab a cup of coffee and zip out the door. When I returned to get my items everything was wrapped up nicely in the biodegradable plastic sacks, returned to my closet and put them away. But it was a few weeks later when I went to put a pair of my slacks on where I noticed they fixed the missing button on the inside of the waist line, you know that superfluous button that gives you the extra sense of security. Replacing it at no charge and also no fuss.  This is the detail that I love, just one of the many bonuses of using In the Bag Dry Cleaners.
