
Hello, Everyone! Welcome to The Kitchen where we hope to make dinner-time less stressful. We offer home-made entrees prepared with the freshest local ingredients and seasoned well. Crockpot entrees are placed into your crockpot… frozen…and cooked on LOW for 6-8 hours, soups are just thawed and then heated in a saucepan or slow-cooked, and casseroles are just thawed and baked. The menu changes every week. Entrees can be ordered to feed 2 people(SMALL), 4 people (MEDIUM), or 6 people (LARGE). Also, we offer a Premium Entree and the cost will vary depending on ingredients.

How it works:
- There is no minimum order
- Pick up and deliveries are on Friday’s of the order week
- Delivers is $2 or free to a group of 5 or more
- Pick ups are at Chef Kelly’s home (NE Wichita, near 13th and 127th) between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm.

How to order:
- You will need to select how you would like to receive your order on the Delivery/Pick Up item.
- If you wish to purchase multiple sizes of the same item, first select the size of the item then click add to cart, then you can select another size and select add to cart.
- Once you have selected your items you can check out and follow the steps to order and pay. If you do not have a PayPal account follow the left side of the screen once you get to the payment process. If you do have an account log in and follow the steps.
- If you have any special instructions you can input that on the next page.

Premium: Spinach & Ricotta Manicotti
This amazing Italian stuffed pasta combines spinach and ricotta cheese and is then topped with my home-made marinara sauce and plenty of mozzarella cheese. Serve with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. Delicioso! WeightWatchers Points = 8 per serving
Premium: Jerk Shrimp
Great flavorful shrimp with that spicy Caribbean. Large peeled, deveined shrimp seasoned with jerk seasoning, garlic, drizzle of olive oil, and a little chopped tomato. Serve with pasta or rice pilaf and a fruit salsa. Supper-Yummy! WeightWatchers Points = 3 per serving

Entree: Mexican Pork Stew
Lean chunks of pork, hominy, Mexican seasonings and a little diced tomato, and the most delicious broth. This a perfect stew for cornbread or tortillas. Supper-Yummy!! WeightWatchers Points = 5 per serving
Entree: Beef Enchilada Casserole
Saucy and tasty layers of corn tortillas, seasoned beef , my home-made enchilada sauce, and cheddar cheese. You’ll be asking for seconds…serve with spanish rice and refried beans (I bake my refried beans in the oven with salsa or taco sauce and cheese on top…or try pepperjack to spice it up a little). WeightWatchers Points = 11 points per serving, or request ground turkey and light cheese for 8 points per serving
Entree: Teriyaki Chicken
A delicious combination of boneless skinless chicken breast and asian spices. Serve with Jasmine rice (I have premeasured portions availble for you…$1 per bag, uncooked & labelled with cooking instructions) and a chopped salad with shredded carrots, chow mein noodles, mandarin oranges and Asian salad dressing. Another Low-fat and Delicious Chicken Entree!! WeightWatchers Points = 4 per serving
Soup: Meatball Soup
Perfect for any kind of weather…loads of meatballs, carrots, potatoes, corn, peas, and green beans…one of my hubby’s favorite soups. Just place into your crockpot while frozen and cook on LOW 6-7 hours. Serve with crusty rolls or cornbread. Wonderful & Comforting!! WeightWatchers Points = 7 per serving
Breakfast: Quiche w/ Ham & Cheese
What could be better than breakfast in a piecrust? Plenty of country ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and just the right amount of eggs and milk. Just re-heat and enjoy!! Small serves 2 to 4 people and Large serves 6 to 8 people.
Dessert: Southern Pecan Cake
A Southern tradition, this buttery pecan cake is topped with a home-made caramel frosting and chopped pecans. Small serves 4 to 6 people and Large serves 8 to 12 people. Great for company!!
